Owned a 2002 jacuzzi that finally crapped out. So decided to replace. Knight tub in ludlow Vermont had a large in stock selection and that helped me with the choice to pick a lounger model which best therapeutically suited my needs was an awesome experience that has a knowledgeable staff. I’ve dealt with Mark twice over the last four years regarding an older hot tub that came with purchase of my Vermont house. Both service events were exceptional where Mark gave repair advice and lent a heater to prevent freezing. In the second issue - Mark called me back on his day off and located an electrical part that failed so I could repair it. Truly a knowledgeable and exceptional service oriented person. His service has sold me on my next future replacement.read more
